From Tadasana, feet hip-width apart, second toes parallel.

Inhale and feel yourself open all the way up through your heart and through the top of your mouth

so your spine gets really long.

With your inhalation, sweep your arms over your head and then clasp your right wrist with your left hand.

Turn your palm open to face the sky.

Then draw your shoulders back, or also you'll notice it's like your armpit.

Draw those back. As your armpits move back, lean over to the left.

As you lean into the left, again inhale and open to something bigger.

So you lengthen your spine and you make a big crescent through your side waistline.

With your inhalation, lift back up to center and switch sides.

Hold the left wrist with the right hand. Plug the armpits back.

As you feel the heart lift up, arc over in one big, beautiful arc toward the right.

Also watch the tendencies to collapse on the side that you're leaning toward.

So lengthen that side as much as the left and lean over.

Take another breath.

And inhale all the way back to center.
