You can do some pull-ups right there.
We also even have like a punching bag over here.
So we pretty much have like anything you could really want.
It's a really good gym.
Yeah, awesome, okay, cool, cool.
And you know, like keep in mind, like it is a free use gym.
So with that, that means that, you know,
like all of the people that come in here
and all of the personal trainers and everything
have agreed for it to be like free use
in the sense that anything you want,
like kissing, sucking, fucking even,
like everyone's agreed to do that.
So, oh shit.
Hell yeah, sign me up.
Okay, awesome, cool, cool.
Well, I do have a client coming.
He should be here any minute now.
And then the front bench can be able to
get you all squared away with getting you.
You'll just get set up with one leg on the bench,
one leg off.
Gonna have your arm hang down like this
and keep your scapula protracted like this.
And then you're just gonna basically move
through the movement, pulling the weight towards your hip.
Super nice and controlled.
Yeah.
You should just feel it right back in your lat.
You don't want to get any involvement in your traps or anything like that.
