And that's good. It's good to be an expert. But, let's talk about your customer satisfaction ratings.
You're both trainees, so I'm not expecting perfect scores.
But you have been out on 10 installations, and I'm looking at your satisfaction surveys here, and I don't have a single 10.
We installed all the electronics.
