And also it's the kind of class that I really wish

was out there when I started.

So maybe I could have avoided making some of these mistakes.

And speaking of mistakes, I'd like to talk a little bit

about my first mistake, which happened three weeks

into my introduction to the bondage community.

I was approached by an individual who came up to me

and said, "You know, I saw you doing this dynamic suspension

bondage at this club.

And I have this gig that I'm doing.

It's a performance gig and I would love to have you."

And I thought to myself, "Yeah, sure.

That sounds like an awesome opportunity, but wait,

I'm going to be responsible.

I don't know anything about this guy."

And keeps your butt lifted,

keeps you feeling strong and stable.

So having good, powerful abs are a real asset

to a dynamic suspension bottom.

And what that means is not just having a six pack.

That's just the top layer of muscle,

the rectus abdominis.
