This is a manual but a lot of them have the double electric pumps

I don't have one of them because I don't use them. I actually use this and it's called the willow pump

This is the one I use

And then once it starts coming out more, then you can put more pressure, but don't

Don't put a lot of pressure right away because that'll cause you pain

Then it'll start and once it starts coming out like it's doing now if you can see it

It's coming out like squirting now so you can see it and you can see it coming down in here
