Hi guys! Julia Mirs is here. Today is 3rd April of 2022 and today is 18th day of our GBP challenge

and this is amazing actually. So today I'm feeling myself a bit hard. My muscles pain everywhere.

Yesterday I did push ups and here it's unbelievable pain even with my super small push ups.

But anyway this is start of building my amazing body and today I will continue. I'm not going to stop.

So let's start our today's training and it will start of course from warming up.

So first exercise. Actually here it shows me to stand but I'm going to sit.

So I just sit like this and I need to stretch this part. Like this.

It's stretching the ankle. So actually it doesn't matter do you stand or do you sit.

Sometimes even when you sit it gives more tension in your muscle than when you stand.

Because in this way when you sit you spend your energy only for exercise.

But not for standing because when you stand you have to keep your balance as well.

I would say this is next level of exercise.

So now we do something simple. Because we just do general physical preparation.

Okay funny position. I like it. I probably will like it too.

I will try to lie down. Maybe you would like that.
