Hi guys! Julia Rios is here and today is 19th March of 2022 and today is third day of my ZPP challenge.

I can tell you for sure it's so hard for me at least because I for a very long time didn't do any training

and my body, I feel myself already pretty weak and now I'm trying to launch normal work of my body

and it takes a lot of energy and I feel myself. In the morning it was early morning I woke up

and I feel a lot of energy. Yeah, it's so cool. 8 hours was absolutely enough for me to rest.

Before actually it was not enough. When I wake up I feel that something not enough, like energy not enough.

But today it was wonderful. But after that I feel so bad condition. That's why it took me few hours to get better

and so now I'm making this video and this exercise already afternoon.

That's why because I'm feeling not super well right now I will do a bit lazy training.

I will do my warming up sitting on the floor and after I will continue with my program.

So let's do training together. As usual we start from neck, from head and go around for our joint.
