Hello and welcome to your workout today. So my name's Kat but you already know

that. We'll get started here in just a second. There are modifications you can

do for each of these. I'm going to turn on music because where I am the furnace

is so it might get kind of loud. But I'll put like little notes and stuff and show

different ways that you can do the move in the beginning. Try your best to follow

along. Make sure you have something to drink. We are going to start with

standing and then move down to the floor and make sure that you do a little bit

of a warm-up and stretch out and everything. And for purposes of seeing

all of the muscles that work and do the movements we are going to do it naked.

Eventually you can add weights to this workout too if you want to. Just kind of

a little thing or workout bands or anything like that. So let's go ahead and

get started and let's get naked.

All right so the first move that we're going to do is kind of a core movement

based off of stability. So you're just going to put one arm up and lift the

opposite leg up to your chest using your core as resistance. Try to keep yourself

nice and steady and then back down.

Really focus on engaging your core and flexing it to pull that leg up.
