And we're going to lift up.

So just allow the hips to open here.
And everything is settled.
You can roll forward and back.
And just lift up, right?
Keep your feet relaxed.
And then lower down.
Straighten the feet.
And we're just going to come down here.
Just breathe, relax.
And back to the center.
And slowly come up.
And back down.
Now we're going to walk the hands over to the left.
Stretch out the hip.
My shoulders are actually cramped.
And walk back to the other side.
You can really feel that inner part of the hip opening here.
Okay.
Great stretch for the hips.
Now, as we start to do this, your hip flexors will really start to wake up and you're going to go "Whoa."
So we're going to shift the weight forward a little bit.
I want you to bring this back behind you.
Take some of the pressure off of the hip flexors.
And kind of roll a little bit.
Rise up.
Cobra.
And then I want you to just kind of turn around.
