Okay we pretty much have spicy chicken chip.

We like it is simple but very effective and we have a big array of different vegetables here

that bring different flavors and sweet and sour and a little spicy and fruity.

So obviously you want to put your vegetables in there first.

Maybe some of the viewers don't know that.

And while he's doing that I'm just gonna here is a chip mix, Doritos, whatever you want.

So it doesn't matter.

Yeah just whatever you like.

Is that same with vegetables?

You could sort of mix them.

Exactly.

You can mix onions, cucumbers, broccoli.

So you get all the flavors evenly dispersed amongst the chicken breast.

Okay now that he's done we're gonna add a little.
