So you're going to need your two ounces of breast milk.

It can be frozen or you can freshly hand express or pump it.

My scarlet's helping me today.

And then we're going to take a half a cup of blueberries.

I have frozen blueberries.

Okay, bring that over here please, Scarlet.

So we're going to fill this up.

And then we're also going to use ginger.

So what we're going to do is we're going to take about a thumb size knob.

A fresh ginger.

And I'm going to press it just on top of my blueberries for now.

Because we're actually going to put all this onto the dehydrator and dehydrate it until

it's dry and powder it.

I'm going to put a little extra ginger.

We'll let our milk finish defrosting and then we'll put it on the dehydrator.
