I'm about to do one of my all-time favorite workouts. It is death by push-ups.
So the way this works is it's gonna start off pretty slow. So minute one I'm
only gonna do one push-up. Minute two I'll do two. Minute three I'll do three.
And so on until I can't complete the number of push-ups for that minute. And
then my score will be the round that I finished plus the number of reps
completed in that last round. So I use this as kind of a benchmark workout and
I'm excited to see where I'm at.
Checking on my time. There's these two *********** scars right here. I guess you
can't really see it. I'm not too mad about that. But um yeah so I am doing
rehab and recovery for that. But I get to do all of this upper body working out so
I'm taking advantage of that. Alright it is time for two push-ups.
I like doing chest to ground push-ups just because I don't know I feel like if
you can do the full range of motion it's probably a better workout kind of but
yeah so anyways I guess with push-ups I mean you could add weight to that motion
by flipping it around and doing heavy bench press or I have a weight vest that
I can add up to 25 pounds and I used to do quite a bit of weighted push-ups so
I'm getting I feel like once I can do sets of like 30 push-ups I'm gonna start
