Yeah, it gets real hot out there.
Yeah, I like it. I like the heat for some reason.
I used to carry out there, fight bouncer style, old school Vegas style.
Nice, how long have you been doing that?
I've been doing that about 2 years or so.
Ok, so you're a little young.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, usual stuff, just try to stay in shape.
That's about all I do really.
And yeah, I try to work out.
I just got into doing some yoga.
Yeah?
I started yoga just like this last month.
I'm trying out some stuff here. Have you ever tried yoga?
Never tried yoga before.
No, I wasn't really into it either, but I actually kind of enjoyed it.
I kind of like this couple of moves, you know.
You know, I have to try yoga.
Yeah, that's fine with me.
Alright, so this first one is really easy.
Basically, you're going to check out your sides here.
Put your feet together.
And you're going to put your hands up.
Interlock your fingers together. Point your fingers up.
And you're just going to lean over to the left.
To the right.
Feel that stretch on the side?
And you put back to the center.
And then over to the left.
Same thing. You can feel that stretch off to the side.
