Hello everybody, hello.
Welcome to my show today.
So I'm going to do some stretching today.
I don't know if you guys stretch or not, but it's really really important to do.
Um, it's just really important to give your back, your body, everything's got to be moving.
So, all right, so we're gonna go here.
And I was doing together this morning, but I'm gonna move this out of the way here.
And all, you don't have to do everything on the floor, you know, a lot of stuff you can do, um, just standing.
And, um, you know, a lot of it's just getting your hip joints moving.
Um, that's very important.
You know, we sit a lot, so we sit a lot, but we don't use our legs.
Okay, so I want to show you today just a real quick, um, just a quick leg workout, hip workout.
And, um, you don't need any weights or anything.
You can use a chair to hold on to if you're not strong enough in your core.
But once you start doing these, you're gonna start to strengthen your core.
And that's kind of why I'm doing it.
So, um, when I started my challenge, I couldn't, I couldn't, um, no, I wasn't flexible enough.
And, um, so now I'm moving past that, now I'm working on strengthening.
So this is all part of it.
All right, so we're gonna stand on the right leg.
You're gonna hold all the way on the leg.
