Okay.
Welcome to Erin Electra's workout show. Today we're going to be focusing on
really basic workout. It's just something you can do every day. Anyone young or old
that can do this workout and you'll feel better for it. It's not going to waste
your time. It's always going to be useful. So first, the first thing whenever you're
ready to work out is to get into alignment. Get your breath and your mind
and your body all working together. So we're going to start with inhaling up
and exhaling down. Feel your feet connecting to the core of the earth. We're
inhaling and exhaling. That's right. Good job. Inhaling up and exhaling down.
Inhaling up and exhaling down.
Five. Inhaling. Exhaling.
Six.
Seven.
Exhaling. Let all the breath come out.
Seven.
Feel the energy all the way down to the earth. Last one and release.
On the eighth one, pull the energy back into your core
and feel the connection with the center of the earth to your core.
Okay, next we're going to get like a low impact cardio going on. So it's sort of like walking.
Opposite arm and leg is lifting. This is going to get your heart rate up
but not too much.
Now we're opening it up. Stepping to the side.
Breathing in. Just follow my movements.
Breathing in and out.
