So how do you feel about your training for your show?

Since we last met I've been hitting the cardio pretty good.

I've increased my tanning bed sessions.

I'm going a little bit more drop sets and lowering the weight a little bit.

You know higher reps, obviously you want to get the, take the muscle to failure.

I'm actually taking the muscle to failure on almost every muscle group that I do every

day.

Getting ready for show prep.

I'm actually walking 30 minutes on an incline before I work out and 30 minutes after I walk.

After I walk 30 minutes after I am done working out on an incline also.

And I mean also for cardio I'm doing 45 minutes of abs every day.

So I'm hitting it pretty hard getting ready for the show on August 3rd.

Again it will be in Frankfort, Kentucky.

It's the Kentucky state and I'll be competing there.

You look, I don't know how many days, it's been a few days since we last saw you.

Did you change that much day to day?

How's your leg hair?

My veins in my legs are showing a little bit more.

My, I'm getting one extra leg workout in a week just because I had a bum knee for a while.

I had some tendonitis in my left knee but I'm in good shape.
