So, today I'm going to be doing a very quick, simple booty pump, followed by a little booty
stretch.

Let's go!
So first of all we're going to simply start with a squat. We're just going to open up
our hips and warm them up a little bit. Your feet hip width apart and just come down as
far as you can. And do this a couple of times. Two, three. You can probably hear my hip already
popping and opening up a little bit.
Okay, next we're going to step up, lean forward.
And when you're down into this position here, just work side to side and just stretch your
legs a little bit.
Come to the side here.
Elbow to the floor if you can and swing your way around.
We are quickly just doing a very simple warm up.
Okay, so once you've done a little bit of a warm up, we are going to start a nice pump.
What you're going to do is come on your knees like this and simply without a band kick back.
This is just to activate your muscles.
Okay, and now I want you to bring your knees a little more forward like this.
