What I learned This Week In Adult Animation 11

This video is about the interesting concepts I learned this last week dealing with body hair manipulation on models when it comes to morphing. As well as using pictures you find on the internet to make tattoos on model base materials. An introduction to Hexagon had to be made to understand the basics of morph creation in an alternate setup.

Hello, DarkShepard here. This is what I learned this last week.

In my quest to make some of the most realistic characters I can actually find,

or not find, but to make them anyway, you know what I mean.

My characters I tend to add hair to.

So, in certain cases, the way real humans look,

or I should say real adult people look, is that

they have this stuff called pubic hair.

Now, as you get older,

you kind of keep this around a lot longer. If you're in your twenties, you probably don't.

So, the biggest thing about this is,

in Daz, if you were to scale

part of a model and the hair is attached, and this usually comes in as an OBJ file, if you have it

downloaded,

it doesn't really do what it's supposed to do as far as scaling is concerned.

And you may think, "Oh, I'll just parent it." Okay, so we parent it to the pelvis,

and then we scale the model again, and we scale the pelvis. That works to a degree,

but what happens if we use morphs?

So, we're going to use this, and notice how that hair isn't actually

fitting correctly. So, the cause for this

is because it doesn't have

the bindings of the weight maps and the scalability.

So, how we fix that is, we convert this object

to a different object. So, it is object,

and we go to rigging. Make sure you go there,
